Potential Problems Encountered Using PayPal

Please Note: PayPal restricts 1st time PayPal users to $2000 USD Max, through PayPal accounts. There should not be any issue with the major credit cards we accept, with e-checks or direct bank transfers.

We have also opted to only accept payment through encrypted channels. This choice was made because it ensures a higher level of security for us as Merchants and you as the Collector/Consumer.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling charges are included in the purchase price for all shipping destinations within the continental USA.

Dreams and Meditations ships all orders via FedEx Ground (insured) inside the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post (insured) unless otherwise requested. All interested International Collectors should contact us directly.

If you request FedEx 2-Day Express or Overnight Express, please contact us as these shipments are charged at a higher rate. If you are ordering multiple fine art reproductions, please contact us.

You will be required to accept and sign for the shipment. Please carefully inspect the item(s). If your order appears damaged in any way , describe the damages on the delivery receipt and notify the carrier immediately. You are responsible for notifying us at Dreams and Meditations of any damages immediately and returning the package within 10 days of delivery.

Please Note: FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes! Physical addresses are required.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to all purchases by New Mexico residents.

Expected Delivery Time from Date of Order

A great deal of work has to be accomplished with each unique reproduction ordered and delivered. Please allow 4 weeks. Your purchase and transaction will be acknowledged and you will recieve shipping information, when shipped.

Reciept

All items shipped by Dreams and Meditations require delivery inspection and recipient signature. We will work with our Collector's to arrange a preferred delivery date, convenient for you.
